Our Story
It was an easy decision. Why not sell the company to the people who were instrumental in making us a success over the years, the World Dining employees. The original partners did just that, and the employees took over ownership in 2022. Since then, the entire team has worked hard to continue to provide high-quality, cost-effective dining experience, increasing sales quarter after quarter. We view our clients' successes as our successes and continue to build on strong relationships that our company was founded on. If our clients, employees or partners look elsewhere for a better experience, we've missed our mark. This mission shapes who we are as a company and we accomplish that as a team.
Our Passion
You tell us your business and what you want to accomplish and we will make it happen! We partner with you to make your dining services a success in the eyes of your employees, giving them a reason to stay onsite. Our full-service cafeterias can be as elaborate as you need them or as simple as a 24-hour grab and go self-service cafe. Our mission is to design a program around your needs, not for you to fit into our model. Our mission is to provide our customers with healthy and tasty food options that are made with fresh and natural ingredients. We believe that good food shouldn't be that complicated; it should taste good, be good for you and have value.
Our Communication
We've built our company on the key to any healthy and productive relationship, that is, with honest communications. No hidden costs or fluctuating invoices. Our client communication helps us understand the true needs of the people we're serving. It allows us to build a program based on the demographics and personality of the location within which we're operating. We understand that even within an organization, each location has a bit of its own personality. Our culture is developed around respecting differences and that extends into every location we serve.
